Independently develops, validates, and maintains CNC programs for metal-cutting machine tools using Esprit and CAD/CAM technologies. Supports production through machine and process troubleshooting, tool and process selection, drawing interpretation, manufacturability improvements, and cross-machine programming. Maintains CNC program files, collaborates with engineering and programming teams, meets delivery targets, and supports continuous improvement. Requires technical drawing, GD&T, CNC programming, milling, shop-floor, Excel, and basic computer troubleshooting skills.

Provide techno-commercial quotes for auxiliary systems and pumps, coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, lead bid evaluations and global projects, ensure order hand-off to engineering, and use FAEP/Flowforce and quoting tools to meet deadlines and commercial requirements.

Designs, develops, validates, and maintains CNC programs for metal-cutting machine tools using Esprit and CAD/CAM technology. Supports production through machine and process troubleshooting, tool and process selection, drawing interpretation, GD&T application, and manufacturability improvements. Coordinates with engineering and regional programming teams, manages CNC files, supports delivery targets, and maintains Excel and PRMS records. Requires knowledge of CNC programming, technical drawings, milling processes, shop-floor practices, and Mazak Integrex machines.

Develop and support CPQ and sizing and selection applications across the full software development lifecycle. Build Windows, web, and database-oriented solutions using C#, VB.NET, .NET, SQL, and Oracle technologies. Write database procedures and scripts, perform testing and optimization, document solutions, provide level-three support, and collaborate with product engineering and business development teams to improve processes and deliver technical solutions.

Design, develop, validate and maintain CNC programs using CAD/CAM tools. Support production, troubleshoot machines/processes, control program files, meet on-time delivery metrics, collaborate with engineering, and continuously improve programming and manufacturability.
