Designs, develops, validates, and maintains CNC programs for metal-cutting machine tools using Esprit and CAD/CAM technology. Selects tooling and machining processes, interprets technical drawings and GD&T, troubleshoots production issues, and supports delivery, quality, safety, and efficiency targets. The role also manages CNC files, collaborates with engineering and regional programming teams, maintains Excel records, supports continuous improvement, and programs across different machines, including Mazak Integrex equipment.

Leads the Auxiliary Seal System Order Engineering team and oversees end-to-end technical execution, including requirements review, system design, documentation, manufacturing support, change control, and order closeout. Supervises workload allocation, delivery, quality, resource utilization, and employee development. Coordinates globally with engineering, sales, project management, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, suppliers, and customers to resolve technical and schedule issues while ensuring compliant, manufacturable, cost-effective deliverables.
