Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for castings, forgings, fabricated components, hydraulics, gearboxes, and motors. Drive cost savings through spend analysis, should-cost modeling, supplier consolidation, and negotiations. Source and qualify global suppliers, manage supplier relationships and KPIs, support NPI, lead value-engineering workshops, and mitigate supply chain risks related to commodities, geopolitics, and logistics. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, operations, and product management.

Owns the end-to-end proposal and order execution process for standard mining spare parts, from RFQ review and quotation through customer purchase order booking, fulfillment tracking, documentation, and claims handling. Coordinates with sales, engineering, procurement, logistics, customer support, and global stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, profitable delivery. Monitors turnaround time, win ratios, customer feedback, revenue, and DIFOT while supporting compliance checks, process improvements, and system enhancements.

Provide engineering validation and technical support for spare parts and modernization of flotation, thickening and filtration equipment. Create and modify CAD designs (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), manage design files/PLM, resolve shop and customer queries, develop spare parts lists, and ensure designs meet standards and manufacturability.
