Leads end-to-end sales order execution across the Africa region, overseeing complex orders, contractual compliance, revenue realization, billing, margins, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Coordinates Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to mitigate risks and resolve escalations. Develops execution plans, forecasts, KPIs, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives while leading and developing the Order Execution team.

Leads filtration product engineering as a hydraulic expert, developing and customizing systems, selecting components, sizing equipment, preparing schematics and bills of materials, and supporting testing and troubleshooting. Collaborates with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, vendors, customers, and global teams to ensure quality, performance, compliance, and cost targets. The role requires substantial travel for customer and supplier discussions, inspections, and technical issue resolution.

Design and develop large mining thickening equipment using SolidWorks. Create and validate 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and documentation. Ensure design quality, manufacturability, and compliance with standards. Support fabrication, assembly, site teams, and contribute to product improvement and value engineering.
