Manage end-to-end technical-commercial proposals for comminution spare parts and modernization projects. Coordinate with sales, engineering, sourcing, and planning to define scope, cost, and lead times; interpret drawings and technical documents; standardize templates and track proposal KPIs; support customer technical clarifications; ensure compliant, version-controlled handover to execution teams and continuous improvement of proposal processes.

Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle for corporate staff; administer benefits and wellness programs; drive engagement, performance, talent management, and HR compliance; produce HR analytics and reports; partner with stakeholders and vendor partners to support corporate and manufacturing locations.

Design and model pumps, cyclones, valves and manifolds using CATIA, SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Prepare 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing and general arrangement drawings, BOMs, parts lists and proposal documentation. Collaborate with engineers and project managers, apply international design standards, and support inspection, installation and manufacturing processes for casting and fabrication.
