Responds to customer inquiries through chat, email, and WhatsApp; resolves complex issues and escalations; supports agents; develops knowledge resources; trains team members; analyzes support trends; recommends process improvements; collaborates with stakeholders and departments; maintains documentation; and ensures policy compliance.

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings. Responsibilities include keyword research, on-page and technical optimization, content and link-building strategies, competitor analysis, analytics reporting, and monitoring industry trends. The role collaborates with web development and cross-functional teams to resolve technical SEO issues and deliver actionable performance insights.
