Drive hiring, retention, and engineering culture; integrate EPOS/payment systems; deliver AI/ML consumer features using LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG. Champion AI tooling, DevOps best practices, and AI-augmented development workflows across the organisation.

Design and produce static and motion creative assets (GIFs, animations, short-form video) for social, web, email, and ads. Conceptualize from briefs, storyboard, edit video, integrate motion design and AI-generated assets, ensure brand consistency, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with marketing, content, product, and design teams.

Assist the product team by documenting requirements, managing the product backlog, conducting market analysis, and analyzing product performance to support product delivery and alignment with business goals.
