Supports enterprise infrastructure, cloud, identity, endpoint, and workplace technology environments. Responsibilities include systems administration, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, deployments, documentation, architecture reviews, infrastructure modernization, vulnerability remediation, system hardening, identity security, endpoint management, and security control validation. Collaborates with security teams, shared services, vendors, and business stakeholders to improve reliability, operational maturity, and cybersecurity posture.

Supports enterprise cybersecurity operations, security engineering, incident investigations, security control deployment, compliance initiatives, monitoring, and risk reduction. The role assists with endpoint, identity, email, cloud, and application security, analyzes logs and forensic artifacts, supports tabletop exercises, and collaborates with infrastructure, service desk, cloud, engineering, and Fortive teams.

Provides application and technical support through help desk, phone, email, and chat channels. Troubleshoots software, hardware, and system issues; trains users on ServiceChannel; documents resolutions; escalates complex problems to development or engineering teams; and maintains customer satisfaction and knowledge-base content.
