Manage FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, financial reporting, and month- and quarter-end close processes across US and UK biotech entities. Apply US and UK GAAP, support SEC reporting, address technical accounting matters, partner with Controllers and operational teams, and improve financial processes, controls, and systems.

Coordinates sales operations, including software access, contractor onboarding, 1099 compliance, housing and apparel logistics, vendor management, invoices, budgets, recruitment events, sales blitzes, and incentive trips. Maintains SOPs, onboarding and offboarding workflows, expense tracking, and administrative support for sales representatives and leaders across multiple markets.

Provides direct administrative and operational support to the President of Sales by managing calendars across time zones, prioritizing communications, preparing meeting materials, tracking deliverables, following up on action items, and drafting executive presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and company-wide communications.
