Manages core finance operations, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations, monthly and annual close activities, audits, treasury functions, cash disbursements, capital asset approvals, financial analysis, and tax coordination. The role also supports finance standardization, process improvement, customer service, and organizational change initiatives.

Supports and improves IT applications by evaluating complex systems, identifying requirements, implementing upgrades, troubleshooting software at the third level, and developing IT solutions. The role also provides application monitoring and support, manages incidents and escalations, coordinates capacity with team leads, and ensures adherence to service-level agreements.

Manage master data migration for the India rollout, including scope definition, migration planning, standards, stakeholder coordination, issue resolution, status reporting, and cutover integration. The role requires close onsite collaboration at the Chennai plant and will transition into ownership of India-specific master data governance after rollout completion.
