Own Setmore’s content strategy and hands-on execution across websites, blogs, product pages, customer stories, and feature launches. Write, edit, and optimize content for search rankings, traffic, conversions, and signups. Build content clusters, internal linking strategies, and content briefs while collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, SEO, and Leadership. Measure performance through Search Console, GA4, and analytics tools, using AI responsibly to improve production quality.

Evaluate customer interactions through manual and AI-assisted QA workflows, validate AI-generated scores, identify quality risks, analyze datasets, and monitor contact center performance dashboards. The role escalates critical concerns, supports calibration and coaching recommendations, improves scorecards and evaluation frameworks, and collaborates with QA, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to advance AI-first quality assurance.

Leads global customer support operations, managing Leads and 30+ team members across US, Canada, and UK regions. Owns SLAs, backlog, productivity, resolution quality, queue management, hiring, onboarding, capacity planning, and performance management. Analyzes support data, drives process improvements and automation, handles escalations, and partners with Product, Billing, and Development teams. Requires night-shift availability, Chennai location, and regular office attendance.
