Handle customer queries primarily through web chat, educate customers on products and services, manage escalations and calls, meet team KPIs, personalize conversations, and support a positive customer experience. The role requires multitasking across multiple conversations, strong communication and typing skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, and flexibility for rotational night shifts in a hybrid office model.

Own Setmore’s content strategy and hands-on execution across websites, blogs, product pages, customer stories, and feature launches. Write, edit, and optimize content for search rankings, traffic, conversions, and signups. Build content clusters, internal linking strategies, and content briefs while collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, SEO, and Leadership. Measure performance through Search Console, GA4, and analytics tools, using AI responsibly to improve production quality.

Evaluate customer interactions through manual and AI-assisted QA workflows, validate AI-generated scores, identify quality risks, analyze datasets, and monitor contact center performance dashboards. The role escalates critical concerns, supports calibration and coaching recommendations, improves scorecards and evaluation frameworks, and collaborates with QA, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to advance AI-first quality assurance.
