Conducts inspections, verifies maintenance quality, tracks treatments, resolves client complaints, coordinates with facility-management teams, and escalates significant operational issues.

Ensure landscaping standards, timely service completion, proper material usage, plant health, workforce productivity, and resolution of client complaints and operational issues.

Develops customized corporate biophilia proposals, quotations, scopes of work, BOQs, presentations, and service details. Coordinates with design, landscaping, operations, and sales teams to create accurate solutions featuring plant selections, green-wall concepts, office landscaping, maintenance plans, timelines, and commercial terms. Tailors proposals to client workplace designs, office sizes, budgets, and sustainability goals while ensuring professional presentation and timely submission.
