The Help Desk Specialist provides first-line technical support for IT-related issues, manages tickets, and assists with software and hardware configuration for users.

Administer and maintain on-premises and cloud (AWS/Azure) databases, build and troubleshoot ETL/ELT data pipelines using SQL, AWS Glue, Python and Spark, participate in migrations and upgrades, automate data flows and maintenance, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and optimize data platform performance.

The role involves developing test plans for MDM solutions, collaborating with teams, conducting data testing, and ensuring data quality and governance.
