Leads the strategic portfolio and execution of AI initiatives across Electrification, managing discovery, prioritization, governance, delivery, operationalization, and enterprise scale. Partners with senior leaders, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and AI platform organizations to align roadmaps, optimize resources, manage budgets and risks, and realize measurable business value. Establishes program standards, oversees Agile execution, applies Lean principles, and drives cross-business collaboration, customer success measurement, and organizational adoption of AI solutions.

Develop and deploy AI, machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions for industrial and business applications. Responsibilities include managing the ML lifecycle, designing cloud and on-premises architectures, integrating models into production systems, analyzing structured and unstructured data, evaluating vendors, and supporting adoption. The role also covers predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, forecasting, optimization, MLOps, technical documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and evaluation of emerging technologies.

Designs, analyzes, validates, and documents mechanical components, subassemblies, and assemblies for high-voltage switchgear drives. Performs value engineering, risk assessment, simulations, prototype validation, design reviews, and drawing releases for manufacturing and testing. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, suppliers, global R&D groups, and test facilities while delivering designs within specification, cost, quality, and schedule requirements.
