The HMI/SCADA engineer manages SCADA projects, develops system architecture, collaborates with stakeholders, and ensures compliance with EHS policies while enhancing system solutions.

Lead technical development of high-power converters for solar, BESS, and datacenter applications. Own full product lifecycle: design, simulation, hardware prototyping, HIL validation, grid-code compliance, and manufacturable documentation. Develop control algorithms, perform system integration, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with customers, sourcing, and manufacturing teams.

Develop and validate grid and power-electronics models for renewable generation, BESS, STATCOMs and large drives using tools like PSCAD, PSS/E, PSLF and PowerFactory. Tune controllers to meet grid codes, support customer studies, commissioning, troubleshooting, standards participation, and cross-regional project delivery with technical reports and team collaboration.
