Perform systems and detail electrical engineering (transformers, motors, MV/LV switchgear, control panels, UPS/batteries, cabling, earthing), prepare SLDs, schematics, GA, BOMs, review vendor documentation, identify technical risks and mitigation, ensure standards and EHS compliance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized solutions.

Lead global deployment of Lean methodologies across Sales and Commercial functions, driving continuous improvement, training and mentoring, defining KPIs, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and reporting results to senior leadership to achieve operational excellence.
