The Senior CMDB Engineer is responsible for designing and maintaining CMDB, HAM, and SAM within ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy, supporting governance and automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve asset management processes.

Design, develop, and operate scalable cloud-native digital messaging services for Genesys Cloud. Build message routing, delivery, tracking, analytics, and integrations with channels including Meta, X, SMS, WhatsApp, and LINE. Improve fault tolerance, security, availability, observability, and operational resilience across distributed microservices. Contribute to architecture and code reviews, automated testing, incident response, on-call support, and collaboration across distributed engineering teams.

Lead the design, development, operation, and troubleshooting of high-performance voice-platform services. Develop systems software in C and cloud backend services in Java, using AWS, Linux, networking, and real-time communications technologies. Drive architecture, reliability, observability, security, testing, and production excellence while mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction. Build expertise in SIP/VoIP and support mission-critical services at global enterprise scale.

Deliver and support Genesys Cloud implementations and post-go-live operations. Provide technical consultation, troubleshoot production issues, follow PS standards, collaborate with project teams, and maintain high billable utilization while training and documenting best practices.
