Design and lead holistic quality engineering strategies for Genesys Cloud features, including automated API and UI testing, exploratory testing, accessibility, security, performance, scalability, and AI-assisted test development. Collaborate with product, development, UX, and documentation teams; improve CI pipelines and defect analysis; mentor junior engineers; and introduce GenAI tools to increase test coverage, debugging speed, and engineering productivity.

Design and build production-grade AI applications and reusable industry solutions on Genesys Cloud. Develop conversational and agentic AI applications, Architect flows, integrations, workflows, Digital Teammates, and solution accelerators using Genesys APIs, enterprise systems, LLMs, knowledge retrieval, and tool calling. Translate industry business processes into scalable products, lead architecture and coding efforts, prototype emerging AI capabilities, ensure enterprise security and reliability, and mentor engineers while collaborating with customers, partners, Product, and Engineering.

Manage telecom number purchasing, porting, provisioning, and customer orders across carrier systems. Coordinate with customers and providers, communicate order status, resolve telecom issues, monitor utilization, support capacity planning, maintain accurate records, and assist Customer Care with case resolution. The role also involves process improvement, project coordination, daily team collaboration, and adherence to telecom standards and procedures.
