Drive reliability, automation, governance, monitoring, vendor relationships, cross-functional integration, on-call response, and platform roadmaps to improve service health, adoption, and cost efficiency.

Provide operational and administrative support to APAC Talent Acquisition, managing scheduling, ATS/Workday tasks, vendor and event coordination, documentation, reporting, and AI/recruitment technology enablement to improve processes and candidate experience.
