The role requires strong programming, problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Manage email campaigns, configure mailing systems, develop HTML and PHP code snippets, optimize lead conversion through SMTP services, schedule promotional email calendars, monitor campaign metrics, improve content using SEO and Google Analytics, and provide performance insights and recommendations.

Assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, HR documentation, engagement, training, and grievance handling. Manages office administration, housekeeping, maintenance, canteen operations, stationery, vendors, workplace hygiene, safety, discipline, and support staff supervision. Prepares HR and administrative reports while supporting overall management operations.

Supports training session design and delivery, develops learning materials, conducts learner needs analysis, coordinates training events, tracks engagement metrics, and prepares reports. Collaborates with HR partners and subject matter experts on onboarding and soft-skills initiatives while exploring emerging learning and development practices.
