Manage employee records, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave tracking, grievances, labor-law compliance, HR policies, training, welfare initiatives, employee communications, and daily HR operations. Coordinate with management and production teams to maintain workforce availability, discipline, and healthy employee relations.

Prepare accurate 2D CAD layouts, technical drawings, and schematics from engineering specifications. Modify drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and client feedback while following industry, company, and client standards. Maintain drawing documentation and revision records, and coordinate with other departments to deliver project work on time.

Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, object-oriented programming, back-end and front-end technologies. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and applying software development best practices.
