Participates in Security Event Management QA, ensuring security operations meet SLA, completeness, correctness, and continual-improvement standards. Identifies threats, applies security controls, correlates security data, and supports SOC analysis using SIEM tools such as ArcSight. Requires knowledge of networking, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, vulnerabilities, exploits, malware, insider threats, DLP, and GRC tools. Collaborates with internal and external global teams across locations.

Manages medium to large payment operations projects, coordinating stakeholders, testing, scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, defects, change adoption, and implementation. Serves as the primary contact for project health, status, escalation, and integration across workstreams. Translates business requirements into technical requirements, leads cross-functional execution, ensures governance and compliance, and supports operational change across global payment platforms.

Owns IAM and SSO strategy, roadmaps, technology evaluations, authentication solution design, infrastructure releases, vendor deployments, compliance documentation, and stakeholder alignment. The role requires expertise in identity protocols, authentication technologies, directory services, cloud IAM integrations, Ansible deployments, Splunk troubleshooting, API concepts, security risk management, and large-scale global technology programs.
