Manage and support critical legal enterprise applications in production. Responsibilities include application administration, incident response, monitoring, troubleshooting, disaster recovery failovers, upgrades, patching, cloud migrations, integrations, performance optimization, security hardening, access management, documentation, and change and release management. The role collaborates with legal, business, infrastructure, cloud, security, database, and vendor teams, participates in on-call support, and requires expertise across cloud infrastructure, databases, networking, scripting, DevOps, and enterprise application operations.

Design, develop, customize, administer, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise SharePoint applications and platforms. Develop integrations using C#, SQL, CSOM, JSOM, REST APIs, and PowerShell, while managing IIS, hosting, application pools, permissions, deployments, and production activities. Support SharePoint migration and upgrade initiatives, especially SharePoint 2019 to Subscription Edition. Contribute to architecture, security, testing, documentation, Agile delivery, stakeholder communication, and technical knowledge sharing.
