The role involves prospecting leads, pitching automation solutions, conducting demos, closing sales, onboarding customers, maintaining relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Handle incoming customer queries and complaints via toll-free line, assign and monitor service calls to engineers, manage and analyze service data, produce MIS/internal reports, and serve as non-technical contact for field engineers.

Lead implementation and deployment of GGS Asset Management solutions across customer sites, manage project plans, document business and technical requirements, support UAT/POC/production deployments, perform product demonstrations, escalate and resolve solution issues, and contribute to solution design and software release support.
