Design, implement, and support BI and AI-driven analytics using Snowflake Cortex AI and Power BI. Translate business needs into conversational insights, improve analytics via prompt engineering and semantic modeling, provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot data/reporting/AI issues, and document use cases and best practices.

The ERP Data Analyst is responsible for managing data deliverables, supporting ERP integrations, ensuring data quality, and enabling analytics, focusing on enterprise data transformation.

Serve as the technical architect and SME for Workday integrations, designing scalable, secure integration solutions and leading delivery using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs and web services. Provide production support, root cause analysis, operational governance, and mentor technical teams. Translate business requirements into technical designs, manage lifecycle and testing, drive system optimization, documentation, audit compliance, and adoption of emerging HR technologies for a global, multi-national environment.

Maintain, integrate and implement Infor LN and peripheral systems; monitor and tune system performance; design automated health-monitoring and alerting; support technical implementations, DR/Failover, SLA compliance, and cross-system interfaces.

The AI Engineer will design and develop AI solutions, focusing on proof of concepts using GenAI platforms, manage projects, and ensure Agile delivery.
