The role also documents configurations, protects confidential information, recommends process improvements, and participates in IT services projects.

Designs, configures, deploys, tests, and supports Workday integrations with enterprise applications. Defines integration architecture, governance, and technical standards; translates business requirements into technical solutions; provides production support and root-cause analysis; and drives optimization, reporting, documentation, monitoring, and audit compliance across the global HR technology environment.

Leads global FP&A process improvement and automation initiatives, developing scalable Power BI, AI, and workflow solutions to improve forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting. Partners with Finance, IT, and Data teams, coaches FP&A colleagues, promotes automation adoption, and tracks measurable productivity improvements across regions.
