Conduct end-to-end AML investigations for retail banking and cryptocurrency workflows. Research customer information using internal systems, third-party tools, and open sources; document risk indicators and case rationales; ensure compliance with AML policies and regulations; meet quality, productivity, and SLA targets; identify and escalate risks; collaborate with SMEs; and adapt to changing processes and tools.

Reviews and investigates L2 AML transaction-monitoring alerts, analyzing customer profiles, transactions, risk indicators, and financial-crime typologies. Determines case closure or escalation, prepares investigation narratives and SAR-supporting documentation, and maintains audit-ready records. Collaborates with quality, compliance, and client teams on calibration and process alignment while supporting control improvements. Meets productivity, quality, SLA, and attendance targets in a fast-paced, potentially rotational-shift environment.

Develop reusable, accessible, and high-performing React and Next.js components for Sitecore XM Cloud and Sitecore AI. Build content models, rendering configurations, visual authoring experiences, and integrations using GraphQL, Experience Edge, and enterprise APIs. Implement AI-enabled search, recommendations, discovery, and personalization while optimizing performance, SEO, accessibility, testing, analytics, and security. Troubleshoot complex frontend and deployment issues, improve shared standards and tooling, and collaborate with architects, designers, content teams, marketers, and engineers.
