As a Project Manager, you'll lead Salesforce and other application projects, manage schedules, resources, and risks, and ensure clients' success with implementation.

Design, implement, and automate cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, and cloud services (AWS/Azure). Administer Linux VMs, build APIs/cloud functions, perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product and tech leads to improve platform reliability and processes.

Perform accounts receivable and claims follow-up by contacting insurers, resolving denials and underpayments, documenting actions, prioritizing aging claims, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information. Work includes correcting rejected claims, processing LOAs, and timely claim resolution.
