Manage U.S. healthcare accounts receivable claims by contacting insurers, investigating denials and underpayments, correcting rejected claims, prioritizing aging accounts, and ensuring timely resolution. The role requires accurate documentation, professional phone communication, HIPAA-compliant handling of information, security policy adherence, and strong understanding of healthcare claims processing.

Investigate AML transaction-monitoring alerts at an L2 level, analyzing customer profiles, transactions, risk indicators, and financial crime typologies. Determine case closures or escalations, prepare investigation narratives and SAR-supporting documentation, and maintain audit-ready records. Collaborate with quality, compliance, and client teams on calibration and process alignment. Support process improvements while meeting productivity, quality, SLA, and attendance targets in a fast-paced, rotational-shift environment.

Perform end-to-end QA of AML investigations across Retail Banking and Crypto, auditing analyst decisions, blockchain analytics and OSINT use, coaching analysts, maintaining quality dashboards, driving calibration, and partnering with stakeholders to close quality gaps and support audit readiness.
