Design, build, and operate scalable systems for coding evaluations, AI-generated code analysis, data generation, and agentic development workflows. Develop execution, testing, benchmarking, and quality measurement pipelines; make architectural and operational decisions; improve developer tooling; lead projects from concept through launch; and mentor engineers while maintaining high standards for reliability, security, and maintainability.

Build and scale reinforcement learning environment platforms for frontier AI model training and evaluation. Responsibilities include developing backend services, data generation pipelines, modular simulation environments, and reliable infrastructure. The role involves architecture decisions, observability, performance improvements, and collaboration with engineering, research, product, and operations teams across India and the US.

Manage foundational HR operations for Handshake AI’s Bangalore team, including employee relations, Indian labor-law compliance, policies, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle processes. Resolve routine employee concerns, maintain audit-ready documentation, partner with recruiting and US-based People teams, and escalate complex matters appropriately.
