Request, track, verify, and manage medical records from healthcare providers via phone/fax/email/web portals. Maintain client system records, ensure HIPAA compliance, perform accurate data entry, meet productivity and quality targets, escalate issues, and support process improvements.

Perform title searches and review public records to identify ownership, liens, encumbrances, and title defects. Prepare and validate title examination reports (including reviewing AI-generated reports), resolve issues through research and coordination with underwriters, attorneys, and lenders, maintain production systems and documentation, and meet quality and turnaround targets while communicating findings to internal teams.

Review, edit, and format AI-generated medical document summaries to meet client/underwriter specifications. Verify medical terminology and clinical details for accuracy, meet turnaround times and quality/productivity benchmarks, escalate ambiguous outputs, and collaborate with QA and team leads to resolve recurring AI errors.
