Supports an agency account management team with project coordination, administrative tasks, competitive tracking, meeting preparation, status reporting, meeting notes, stakeholder recaps, and client and agency scheduling. Builds knowledge of client businesses and competitive markets while communicating project updates internally and with clients.

Designs, builds, and optimizes Azure and Microsoft Fabric data platforms, including lakehouses, warehouses, dimensional models, ETL/ELT pipelines, semantic models, and AI-ready data products. Develops RAG and LLM solutions with embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and responsible AI controls. Establishes governance, security, data quality, observability, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code practices while optimizing performance and cost. Provides technical leadership, architecture guidance, mentoring, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Owns the reliability, security, performance, availability, backup, recovery, and lifecycle management of enterprise Microsoft SQL Server environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, tuning, patching, upgrades, high availability, disaster recovery, security administration, automation, incident leadership, migrations, BI workload support, documentation, and mentoring. The role partners with developers and data engineers on schema design, query optimization, releases, and modernization initiatives including Azure SQL adoption.
