Provide Level 1 IT infrastructure support (hardware, software, network) to global clients via phone/email/chat. Triage and document incidents in an IMS, route to 2nd/3rd level teams, coordinate with vendors, perform remote desktop support, and follow SOPs for maintenance and ticket closure.
