Supports customer project delivery for small, low-risk engagements under supervision. Responsibilities include project support, financial management, client and account team coordination, project team support, resource leadership in defined areas, performance feedback, and applying project management methods. Requires basic knowledge of project support, client relations, IT, accounting, effort tracking, and project management tools.

Manages global sales processing and process improvement activities, reviews performance, analyzes results, develops forecasts, resolves client issues, and communicates findings to stakeholders. Designs and improves sales processes, policies, and tools while providing guidance to less-experienced staff. The role requires strong analytical, forecasting, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills, along with experience interpreting client agreements and managing sales processing resources.

Designs and implements sales operations processes, tools, forecasts, budgets, analytics, pricing, order management, invoicing, and resource deployment frameworks. Analyzes performance trends, communicates insights to stakeholders, recommends process improvements, supports operational efficiency, and mentors less-experienced staff across the APJ region.
