The GCPQ Process and Capability Lead will design and implement quoting and pricing processes, ensure solutions support sales effectiveness, and manage cross-functional collaboration while driving continuous improvement and mentoring team members.

Designs, deploys, and supports HPE Aruba enterprise WLAN solutions (APs, gateways, Aruba Central, Clearpass, Airwave). Performs RF analysis, troubleshooting, site surveys, and capacity planning. Reviews configurations, participates in escalations, collaborates with cross-functional teams, documents knowledge, and learns emerging Wi‑Fi technologies. Supports Americas hours and hybrid on-site schedule.
