Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot. Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices, integrate systems, write unit and integration tests with JUnit, deploy/manage on OpenShift, participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, troubleshoot production, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Lead and mentor Lean Six Sigma projects and large-scale business transformation initiatives in BPO/BFS, conducting value stream/process mapping, driving automation and optimization, coordinating cross-functional teams, and promoting continuous improvement and client relationships.

The role involves being responsible for tasks, with clear accountabilities. It requires effective communication, computer skills, and commitment to deadlines. Freshers are welcome.
