Hire three senior Java developers (4+ years) to build cloud-native applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot and Struts2. Lead front-end and full-stack development using JavaScript/TypeScript and React. Build backend services with Node/Express, design scalable architectures, work with SQL/Postgres, ensure code quality and testing, and support CI/CD, containerization, and deployment practices while collaborating with stakeholders.

Lead backend development using .NET/C# and SQL Server for Azure-hosted systems. Build and operate HTTP APIs, integrations, and queue-based processing. Provide end-to-end ownership including frontend (React/TypeScript) when needed, delivery, production support, code review, and design discussions. Prefer experience with MongoDB, Redis, SignalR, Ocelot, regulated finance/tax products, and mentoring/technical leadership.
