Leads software quality assurance for web and API applications, combining manual and automated testing with Selenium-Java and Playwright. Plans testing activities, creates scenarios and test data, supports pipeline configuration, and performs functional, non-functional, performance, load, and compatibility testing. Manages and mentors a team of 5–10 QA engineers, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and ensures testing aligns with business objectives.

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for ETL and data pipelines using Python, PyTest, SQL, and Pandas. Perform end-to-end ETL testing, validate data accuracy and integrity, automate regression suites, design transformation test cases, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with data engineers to improve QA processes and testing efficiency.

Performs QA and API automation testing for ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SR, CSM, WSD, Portal, and Interaction Management. Designs and executes unit, functional, regression, and UAT test cases; manages defects; generates testing metrics; and collaborates with Agile development and cross-functional teams. Requires ServiceNow QA and Test Management experience, with ServiceNow ATF, CSA, CIS-ITSM, ISTQB, and ITIL certifications preferred. Flexible second-shift work with U.S. Central Time overlap is required.
