The Senior Director will define the vision and strategy for HighLevel's Marketing OS, overseeing its development, integration, and growth while leading product management teams and driving adoption across customer acquisition tools.

Build and scale AI-driven workflow features: integrate AI into Email/SMS/code actions, implement RAG and knowledge-base solutions, develop data extraction, text-to-voice, and analysis tools, optimize low-latency APIs, and mentor junior engineers.

Responsible for ensuring software quality and consistency by leading test strategies, developing automated test suites, and mentoring junior members in a remote environment.
