Lead the Platform Services engineering team responsible for shared infrastructure, internal tooling, and core services. Own distributed systems architecture, cloud reliability, observability, cost optimization, roadmap delivery, and incident management while remaining hands-on with code and production systems. Hire, mentor, and develop engineers; establish technical standards; and collaborate with product engineering, SRE, security, and leadership. Drive AI-assisted engineering practices and platform automation.

Leads and scales the SDET team, defining test automation strategy across web, mobile, and API layers. Oversees automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, release readiness, quality gates, performance and security testing, and testing infrastructure for cloud-native microservices. Partners with engineering and release teams to improve quality and delivery speed while using GenAI tools to enhance test productivity. Mentors engineers, establishes quality standards, and drives continuous improvement.

Build and lead HighLevel’s customer growth and activation function for an installed SMB and agency customer base. Own lifecycle journeys, trial-to-implementation conversion, activation, expansion revenue, AI deflection quality, customer scorecards, enablement, experimentation, and cross-functional execution. Establish measurable outreach plays with holdout groups, define customer cohorts, improve first-90-day engagement, and manage a team assembled to deliver a new lifecycle motion.
