Leads the cooling systems engineering and project execution team, overseeing planning, resource management, operational processes, KPIs, project delivery, team development, recruitment, and compliance. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering delivery across global projects. Develop and maintain backend applications, microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations for Sales Configurator and CPQ platforms. Build product configuration, pricing, BOM, and document-generation logic; optimize SQL Server databases; and deploy applications on Microsoft Azure. Collaborate with frontend teams, manage CI/CD pipelines, support releases across environments, participate in Agile development and code reviews, and ensure secure, scalable, compliant solutions.

Maintain and improve installed-base data for global service operations. Validate customer, site, asset, equipment, spare, and service-history records; review single-line diagrams and engineering documentation; transform equipment information into structured digital asset records; extract asset data from SAP; resolve inconsistencies; collaborate with global field service and operations teams; and support training, data governance, analytics, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Leads Sales CPQ digitalization and configurator implementation across product lines and production units. Translates business needs into user stories and functional specifications, coordinates developers and global stakeholders, manages roadmaps and milestones, supports gap analysis, validates outputs, documents scope, trains users, and drives governance, adoption, compliance, and process improvement.

Designs, develops, and maintains Power BI dashboards and reports for Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, and other business functions. Builds data models using DAX and Power Query, integrates enterprise data sources, translates business requirements into analytical solutions, and ensures data governance, security, documentation, and quality standards. The role also supports dashboard adoption through documentation, training materials, and stakeholder collaboration.

Supports project managers in executing complex power-system projects from contract review through commissioning and commercial closure. Responsibilities include scheduling, risk planning, engineering and supplier coordination, procurement follow-up, production and shipment tracking, inspections, testing, documentation, change control, milestone billing support, and project handover. The role also ensures compliance with safety, integrity, security, quality, financial, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Designs and develops interactive technical e-learning content using Articulate tools and multimedia software. Translates engineering documentation into simulations, demonstrations, assessments, and digital learning experiences. Collaborates with engineers, subject matter experts, trainers, and learning architects to define objectives, validate content, and maintain technical accuracy. Performs quality assurance across devices and LMS platforms, ensures SCORM and xAPI compatibility, manages updates, and improves courses using learner feedback and effectiveness metrics.

Serve as the engineering authority for low- to medium-complexity substation projects and tenders. Prepare layouts, grounding and lightning designs, cable routings, bills of materials, RFQs, equipment data verification, and vendor evaluations. Support FAT/SAT activities, technical risk assessment, quality compliance, cost-effective execution, and coordination with engineering, project management, procurement, civil, steel, consultants, vendors, and customers. The role requires extensive AIS/GIS substation engineering experience and international standards knowledge.

Supports supplier quotations and pre-sales activities by validating costs, material data, market benchmarks, and sourcing strategies. Coordinates Sales, Engineering, Category Management, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate, competitive, and executable offers. Manages cost data governance, dashboards, KPIs, supplier intelligence, risk identification, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires strong commercial judgment, energy-industry knowledge, SAP and ERP experience, and advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

Leads complex electrical infrastructure projects from contract receipt through planning, procurement, production, shipment, site installation, testing, commissioning, billing, handover, and commercial closure. Coordinates engineering, supply chain, factories, vendors, customers, and site stakeholders while managing schedules, costs, quality, risks, resources, scope changes, and project documentation. Coaches junior professionals and manages customer expectations across diverse geographies.

Manage assigned R&D projects in power conversion controls, coordinating cross-functional teams (control engineering, software, hardware, testing, cybersecurity), suppliers, budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery and compliance with HSE and company policies.

Supports global product managers with governance reviews, proposal workflows, roadmap execution, stage-gate coordination, and milestone tracking. Maintains product documentation, marketing collateral, training assets, repositories, access permissions, and version controls. Develops reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking while driving process improvements, data quality, stakeholder alignment, and timely action closure across product management activities.

Develop and maintain .NET-based Windows software applications using C# for energy engineering products. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, code reviews, unit testing, debugging multithreaded and event-driven applications, defect resolution, customer issue analysis, documentation, and collaboration with global development, architecture, testing, and product teams.

Manage and prepare INAIL certification drawings, maintain and optimize BOMs in SAP and HVPLM, create and modify 2D drawings in AutoCAD, support 3D modeling with Creo, evaluate simple mechanical components, ensure documentation compliance, and collaborate with engineering teams to support certification and product development.

Manage HVDC transmission project delivery for AC control, protection, and SCADA packages. Responsibilities include coordinating suppliers and internal teams, monitoring scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, logistics, procurement, testing, commissioning, customer interactions, audits, defect resolution, documentation, and service handover. The role requires substantial AC substation and automation experience, electrical engineering knowledge, and coordination of multidisciplinary project teams.
