Design primary engineering for high-voltage switchgear (GIS, hybrid, live/dead tank breakers): create 3D models, BOMs and part numbers in SAP/ERP, review 2D/3D drawings, ensure standards compliance (IEC/IEEE), coordinate across functions, resolve customer technical queries, and support installation/commissioning.

Partners with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies covering talent management, organizational development, compensation, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and succession. Coaches managers, resolves complex employee relations matters, analyzes HR metrics, supports organizational change, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with HR functions to deliver integrated solutions.

Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering delivery across global projects. Drive stage gates, design reviews, schedules, performance reporting, risk mitigation, quality issue closure, and cross-functional interfaces with engineering, project management, construction, testing, commissioning, and supply chain teams. Lead improvements to engineering processes, tools, and governance while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
