Teams at Holland America Line

Lead beginner-friendly arts and crafts classes aboard Holland America Line’s 2027 Grand South American Voyage. Develop the voyage-long class calendar, coordinate destination-inspired programming, prepare craft kits before embarkation, guide guests with varying abilities, and serve as a friendly onboard ambassador. Collaborate with the Entertainment team and perform some port-day safety and IPM duties during the three-month seagoing contract.

Manage day-to-day HR operations onboard, supervise HR coordinator, administer crew embarkation/disembarkation, maintain crew records in Fidelio/MAPS, handle welfare programs and events, support employee relations, ensure compliance with MLC and safety regulations, and prepare personnel reports for shipboard and shoreside teams.

The Commis de Cuisine is responsible for food preparation, maintaining culinary standards, and assisting teammates in a cruise ship galley environment.
