Lead APAC materials planning COE for S4 HANA and Kinaxis APS implementations. Drive integrated planning, standardization, training, UAT, cutover readiness, post-go-live support, and continuous improvement while coordinating IT and analytics stakeholders.

Lead and mentor a team of systems engineers to design, develop, and integrate complex hardware, software, and network systems. Provide strategic direction, ensure quality and risk mitigation, champion systems engineering best practices, collaborate with technical experts, and communicate technical information to stakeholders.

Design, configure, and implement process data historians, visualizations, and alarm management systems from design through project closure. Develop FDS/DDS, test procedures, HMI graphics, reports/dashboards, and documentation. Integrate historians with plant networks and other systems (OPC, OLEDB, ODBC, web services). Support alarm rationalization, MAD implementation, and stakeholder adoption; adhere to OT/IT standards and industry alarm standards.
