Design, build, and maintain Workday Extend applications and integrations; apply Workday data modeling, WQL/GraphQL and RaaS; translate business requirements into technical designs and documentation; mentor staff, collaborate with clients and teams, and use XML/integration tools to deliver implementations.

Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Talent, Learning, and Recruiting modules (ORC/OLC). Provide end-to-end implementations, post-go-live AMS support, integrations with Core HR, and optimize talent, learning, and recruitment processes while partnering with HR stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end configuration and AMS support for Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation and Benefits modules. Manage compensation cycles, benefits enrollment and lifecycle, integrations with Core HR/Payroll/Absence/Talent, incident and enhancement handling, open enrollment, year-end processes, and continuous improvement in a client-facing environment across US and international practices.
