Implement, configure, test, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Time & Labor and Absence modules. Lead end-to-end implementations, design time/leave rules and workflows, ensure integrations with Payroll/Core HR, perform SIT/UAT, troubleshoot issues, develop functional documentation, reports, and training, and run client workshops to ensure compliance and adoption.

Lead full lifecycle implementations and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HR and Talent Management). Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, configure modules (Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent), support testing/UAT, troubleshoot functional issues, collaborate on integrations and reports, develop training and documentation, run client workshops, and manage offshore deliverables.

The Senior Salesforce QA Engineer will design and execute test cases, maintaining quality and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, focusing on Salesforce technology and Agile methodologies.
