The Managed Services - Oracle SCM Functional Associate Manager will oversee managed services for Oracle ERP/SCM clients, resolving issues, guiding teams, and ensuring service delivery quality.

Implement, configure, test, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Time & Labor and Absence modules. Lead end-to-end implementations, design time/leave rules and workflows, ensure integrations with Payroll/Core HR, perform SIT/UAT, troubleshoot issues, develop functional documentation, reports, and training, and run client workshops to ensure compliance and adoption.

Responsible for implementing Workday Payroll solutions, ensuring successful configurations, conducting client sessions, and supporting integrations while applying best practices.
