Deliver Oracle EDMCS consulting projects by designing, building, deploying, and supporting enterprise-wide master data and data governance solutions. Collaborate with Huron leadership, peers, and clients; apply Oracle integration methodologies, business workflows, change processes, and MDM best practices. Preferred experience includes Oracle EPM, ERP, BI, REST APIs, FDMEE, OIC, PowerShell, and Python, along with strong analytical, documentation, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Manage day-to-day revenue cycle service delivery, workforce planning, client accounts, team performance, and SLA compliance. Oversee production and quality, resolve operational issues, handle client escalations, participate in status meetings, communicate feedback, and implement process improvements. The role also requires financial understanding, KPI tracking, conflict resolution, resource planning, and strong communication skills while supporting US-based client operations from India.

Leads Workday Talent, Performance, and Learning workstreams across implementations, optimizations, and support engagements. Provides solution direction, facilitates client workshops, oversees configuration, testing, risks, dependencies, and deployment readiness, and advises on business process design. Manages client stakeholders, mentors consultants, coordinates with cross-functional Workday teams, and prepares executive communications. Requires strong functional expertise in Workday HCM, Talent, Performance, and Learning, along with mandatory certifications in Talent & Performance and Learning.
