Teams at Icertis

Lead a 10-15 person development team, drive delivery across people, project and technology, perform hands-on .NET development, and apply Agile/Scrum practices while communicating with stakeholders.

Serve as a customer-facing functional consultant for the Icertis contract platform: implement enhancements, configure customer environments, provide application support, create knowledgebase and training materials, mentor team members, follow CRM processes, and drive issues to closure. Role may include travel and rotational shifts.

Serve as a functional consultant for the Icertis platform: work with global customers to implement and configure features, answer product questions, create knowledgebase/training materials, follow CRM processes, provide technical/functional guidance, and support customers in shifts with occasional travel.
