Processes and manages investigator payments for clinical trials, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and proper documentation. Resolves payment discrepancies with investigators and internal teams, supports process improvements, and assists with financial reporting and analysis. The role requires finance or accounting knowledge, familiarity with clinical research payment regulations such as the Sunshine Act and FMV, Excel and financial software proficiency, and strong cross-functional communication skills.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable software supporting clinical trial operations and data management. Collaborates with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions, conducts code reviews, resolves complex production issues, improves development processes, and mentors colleagues. The role requires extensive Oracle EBS technical experience, expertise across Oracle development tools and integrations, support for multiple modules, and end-to-end solution ownership.

Lead HR transformation projects by assessing HR processes, designing improvements, conducting data analysis and benchmarking, managing Workday enhancements and UAT, driving change management, and training end-users to ensure adoption of new HR processes and technologies.
