Leads IT project and program management activities, including planning, scope definition, cross-functional implementation, stakeholder communication, documentation, reporting, and team mentoring. Develops project strategies, manages competing priorities, applies project management methodologies, and ensures successful delivery of IT initiatives. Requires experience leading projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry and willingness to travel approximately 1%.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable software supporting clinical trial operations and data management. Collaborates with product managers, designers, and engineers; translates requirements into technical solutions; participates in code reviews; resolves complex production issues; improves development processes; and mentors colleagues. The role requires extensive Oracle EBS technical experience, expertise across Oracle development tools and integrations, support for multiple EBS modules, and end-to-end solution ownership.

Develop and validate statistical programming code for clinical trial data analysis and reporting. Collaborate with data scientists and statisticians, ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards, document programming processes and outputs, and review analysis datasets and final reports for accuracy and completeness.
