Senior-level network engineer providing highest-tier escalation for global network operations. Lead troubleshooting, major incident recovery, root-cause analysis, network design and delivery for enterprise projects, datacenter/cloud connectivity, security compliance, and automation across multi-vendor environments (Cisco ACI, Fortinet, F5, SD-WAN, Azure/AWS). Mentor junior engineers and support 24x7 mission-critical operations.

Administer and support enterprise Citrix environment (Virtual Apps & Desktops, StoreFront, Director, Delivery Controllers, MCS). Manage patching and lifecycle, handle incidents/escalations, perform root cause analysis, optimize performance, document operations, implement changes, and resolve issues escalated from EUS and other teams.

Support the Investigator Payments team with setup, maintenance, and execution of investigator payments. Serve as a contact for payment inquiries, liaise with clinical teams and internal departments to resolve issues, and help improve IPG systems and processes to ensure accurate, timely payments per investigator contracts.
