Oversees architecture, implementation, maintenance, support, security, monitoring, and enhancement of global enterprise computing infrastructure. Manages Windows and Linux servers, storage, virtualization, cloud services, backups, Active Directory, and Office 365. Develops automation, standards, documentation, business continuity practices, and performance reports; leads infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, issue resolution, and operational improvements. Participates in 24/7 on-call support and travels less than 15% of the time.

Design, develop, and maintain embedded real-time software using C++ and Python. Integrate with hardware, debug system-level issues, perform code reviews, write unit and integration tests, optimize performance, and document designs and tests. Work closely with hardware teams.

The IT Provisioning Specialist manages access control, provision access for employees and contractors, resolves issues, and maintains documentation while improving processes.
