Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI automation: architect agentic AI and multi-agent systems, build RAG solutions, integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, define governance and HITL workflows, select foundation models, and mentor teams to deploy production-ready, secure, scalable AI automation.

Lead automation testing by defining strategies, designing scalable frameworks, and developing/executing functional, regression, and end-to-end tests. Build scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines; promote shift-left practices; evaluate modern and AI-powered testing tools; monitor automation health; mentor QA teams and define quality roadmaps with stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end testing including functional, API, automation, regression, and performance testing. Build and maintain automation scripts, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, identify and track defects, and ensure test coverage and quality delivery across applications.

Analyze business requirements and create test plans and cases. Execute functional, integration, regression, NFR, API, and automation tests. Log and report defects, maintain test artifacts for audit, support UAT and production validation, perform RCA, act as release quality gate, maintain SLAs/KPIs, and provide rotational on-call support for deployments and emergency fixes.

Lead QA automation strategy and design scalable frameworks for Web, API, and integration testing. Develop and run automated functional, regression, integration, and E2E tests, integrate suites with CI/CD, analyze results, manage defects, track QA metrics, mentor engineers, and adopt AI-driven testing practices.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile (Android/iOS), and REST APIs. Create and run automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, Appium, TestNG, and Rest Assured. Integrate tests into CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), maintain code in Git, analyze results, report defects, and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to improve quality and automation processes.

Design, develop, and maintain JavaScript-based automation testing frameworks; create and run automated and manual tests for web and insurance platforms; use AI-assisted testing tools to improve efficiency; manage regression suites; collaborate with developers, analysts, and product teams; identify, track, and resolve defects; contribute to test planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Design, develop, and maintain JavaScript-based automation frameworks and test suites using Playwright/Protractor/Cypress. Perform manual and automated testing, execute and maintain tests, provide status updates, work independently, and collaborate to ensure quality deliverables.
