Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI automation: architect agentic AI and multi-agent systems, build RAG solutions, integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, define governance and HITL workflows, select foundation models, and mentor teams to deploy production-ready, secure, scalable AI automation.

Lead automation testing by defining strategies, designing scalable frameworks, and developing/executing functional, regression, and end-to-end tests. Use AI-assisted tools, mentor QA teams, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze defects, and drive automation best practices within the insurance (P&C preferred) domain.

Lead QA activities across the SDLC: create test scenarios, design and run manual and automated tests (UI, API, DB), build and maintain automation frameworks, integrate tests in CI/CD, validate databases with SQL, track defects, support production verification, and mentor junior QA engineers.
