Administer, tune, secure, and support Adabas databases and Natural applications in mainframe environments. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, backup and recovery, performance monitoring, capacity planning, restructuring, upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery, incident resolution, documentation, and production support. The role collaborates with application, systems, and infrastructure teams and requires on-call support and travel or relocation across India as project needs dictate.

Designs end-to-end enterprise architectures integrating AI/ML, Generative AI, automation, cloud services, data platforms, and production engineering. Translates client requirements into secure, scalable solutions; leads architecture reviews, proofs of concept, technology evaluations, and technical proposals. Defines integration and data strategies, guides MLOps/LLMOps adoption, advises stakeholders, ensures compliance and performance, and mentors engineering teams. The role also supports client-facing consulting and pre-sales solutioning.

Manage and support SAP systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, patching, upgrades, transport management, and troubleshooting. Advise clients on SAP system administration and resolve technical issues across SAP landscapes. The role also provides infrastructure technology support and requires collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
