Designs, develops, and maintains automated testing frameworks and scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java. Performs functional, regression, integration, API, database, and manual testing for web applications. Creates API automation with Rest Assured and Postman, validates data using SQL, manages defects, integrates tests into CI/CD pipelines, and supports Agile ceremonies, release validation, reporting, and continuous QA process improvement.

Provide L1/L2 technical support for employees, including device provisioning, onboarding and offboarding, hardware troubleshooting, endpoint management, security compliance, asset lifecycle tracking, and ITSM incident resolution. Support Windows, Microsoft 365, identity platforms, networks, VPNs, and endpoint security tools. Maintain documentation and inventory records, meet service-level agreements, and coordinate with security, infrastructure, HR, facilities, and vendors.

Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks and API test suites (Rest Assured/Postman). Execute functional, regression, integration, and database testing, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, log and track defects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support release validation and continuous QA improvements.
