Lead workforce planning and allocation across delivery teams in Chennai. Manage forecasting, bench utilization, staffing meetings, stakeholder engagement, reporting on utilization/bench metrics, and drive process improvements and automation for efficient resource deployment.

Support production operations and enable new projects in GCP: manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform/Deployment Manager), GKE and container orchestration, monitoring/alerting, incident response, security best practices, runbooks, and on-call support while collaborating with dev/QA/product teams.
