Leads advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives across sales, vendor management, cloud, eCommerce, finance, and supply chain. Handles customer calls and general product or service questions, routes inquiries to sales, billing, and technical support, and follows up on orders, shipments, returns, and complaints. Uses internal databases for research, performs data entry, prepares nontechnical documentation, determines technical-support eligibility, and reports complaint trends. Works independently on moderately complex issues and projects with general supervision.

Lead and deliver advanced analytics and machine learning solutions across Sales, Vendor Management, Cloud, eCommerce, Finance, and Supply Chain. Scope projects, build and deploy predictive models, produce executive-ready insights, and partner cross-functionally to drive revenue, operational efficiency, and strategic decisions.

Drive revenue growth by developing channel and vendor relationships, recruiting and enabling partners, generating pipeline, managing full sales cycle, and executing business plans across assigned territories to promote IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, software and AI solutions.

Lead pre-sales design and delivery of end-to-end enterprise campus, branch, and wireless network solutions. Engage sales and customers to gather requirements, produce HLDs/LLDs/BoQs, run PoCs, support RFP responses, and ensure handover to delivery teams. Provide technical demos, architecture guidance, and mentor junior engineers while integrating security and NAC solutions.

Identify and pursue new and existing customer opportunities to expand relationships and sell solutions. Conduct market research and feasibility analyses, collect and analyze financial, competitive, sales, and marketing data, and develop business strategies and programs. Work independently on moderate-to-complex projects, exercising judgment within company procedures and consulting senior staff as needed.

The Sr. Principal Engineer will oversee the design and development of enterprise solutions, ensuring system stability, optimal performance, and technical leadership while mentoring teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
