Develop and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and responsive React applications using C# and .NET Core. Design database components and SQL queries, write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot issues, and participate in code reviews, source control, CI/CD, Agile ceremonies, and secure coding practices. Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and DevOps teams while adopting cloud, containerization, artifact management, and AI-assisted development tools.

Lead pre-sales design and delivery of end-to-end enterprise campus, branch, and wireless network solutions. Engage sales and customers to gather requirements, produce HLDs/LLDs/BoQs, run PoCs, support RFP responses, and ensure handover to delivery teams. Provide technical demos, architecture guidance, and mentor junior engineers while integrating security and NAC solutions.

Handles customer calls and general product or service questions, routes inquiries to sales, billing, and technical support, and follows up on orders, shipments, returns, and complaints. Uses internal databases for research, performs data entry, prepares nontechnical documentation, determines technical-support eligibility, and reports complaint trends. Works independently on moderately complex issues and projects with general supervision.
