Provide one-to-one telehealth or onsite coaching, counselling, and therapy-style consultations focused on employee wellbeing, stress, and resilience. Deliver Critical Incident Stress Programme services, collaborate with the internal clinical team to improve EAP programs, and optionally facilitate webinars and seminars. The role supports flexible freelance, contract, part-time, or full-time arrangements and requires Tamil and Malayalam proficiency.

Provides evidence-based mental health care through telehealth and occasional onsite support. Treats diverse conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, and schizophrenia. Collaborates with the internal clinical team to improve care programs and platform outcomes. Requires a relevant master's degree, active licensure, 300 post-master's clinical hours, CBT or comparable therapeutic expertise, and fluency in English plus Urdu, Odia, or Punjabi.

Supports global provider-network operations through onboarding, engagement activities, communications, issue resolution, training coordination, and feedback management. Tracks engagement metrics, maintains operational records, supports compensation calculations, and assists with service deployment and events. Reviews provider credentials, manages compliance and mandatory training, supports quality assurance, and helps improve SOPs, processes, and provider resources. The role collaborates with clinical, operations, commercial, and leadership teams.
