Deliver Critical Incident Stress Programme services, collaborate with the internal clinical team to improve EAP programs, and optionally facilitate webinars and seminars. The role supports flexible freelance, contract, part-time, or full-time arrangements and requires Tamil and Malayalam proficiency.

Provide virtual, individualized nutritional counseling via video and text; create educational content and nutrition programs; build empathetic client relationships; stay current with evidence-based nutrition research and ensure advice aligns with client needs and company mission.

Recruit and onboard mental health professionals across Asia, match providers to client needs using a proprietary database, maintain ATS and provider records, review applications, respond to inquiries, ensure confidentiality, and manage a recruitment caseload for timely service delivery.
