Leads supplier engineering for electronic assemblies, including PCBA qualification, DFM, process validation, supplier selection, corrective actions, cost and capacity improvements, risk mitigation, and new product introduction readiness. The role evaluates supplier capabilities, manages process and facility changes, analyzes quality metrics and complaints, drives CAPA and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC, and communicates supplier performance to stakeholders. Domestic and international supplier travel is required as needed.

Lead NPI supply chain and sourcing for new minimally invasive robotic products. Manage commodity managers, buyers, and program managers; develop sourcing strategies, select and engage suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage inventory and forecasts, mitigate supply risk, ensure SOP/SOX compliance, and accelerate time-to-market through process improvements and cross-functional leadership.
