Support regional sales to maximize utilization of da Vinci surgical systems by training surgical teams and OR staff, driving procedure adoption, generating leads, and supporting sales of instruments and accessories. Manage reporting, events, and administrative tasks while collaborating with Clinical Sales Manager to meet quarterly goals.

Supports medical device sales and utilization of Intuitive’s da Vinci Surgical System. Responsibilities include developing territory strategies, training and mentoring surgical and operating-room teams, promoting procedure adoption, expanding hospital and surgeon user networks, supporting sales goals and events, selling instruments and accessories, and managing sales and procedure reporting. The role requires medical device sales experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and travel up to 50%.

Lead NPI supply chain and sourcing for new minimally invasive robotic products. Manage commodity managers, buyers, and program managers; develop sourcing strategies, select and engage suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage inventory and forecasts, mitigate supply risk, ensure SOP/SOX compliance, and accelerate time-to-market through process improvements and cross-functional leadership.
