The Coordinator will lead scanning and digitization projects, manage teams, ensure compliance, and maintain operational excellence across sites.

Provide on-site data center technical support: rack, stack, cable, install and upgrade servers, storage, and networking equipment; perform asset tagging and inventory reporting; follow remote engineers' troubleshooting instructions to power-cycle, swap components, and run basic networking commands; maintain access, safety, and security compliance and accurate work records for audits.

Manage end-to-end customer destruction requests and billing, ensuring timely, accurate execution and complete documentation. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Contracts, and Billing to facilitate inventory returns and smooth customer transitions. Maintain compliance, identify process improvements, and support cross-functional efforts to reduce errors and escalations.
