Drives Workday Recruiting implementation and process standardization across eight MENAT countries. Gathers regional requirements, translates hiring practices into scalable Workday business processes, coordinates with HR and technical teams, manages talent platform integrations, ensures data integrity, and documents compliant workflows, specifications, and system triggers.

Process and post daily customer payments into ERP systems, reconcile invoices and receipts, communicate remittance details with finance teams and customers, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure compliance with cash application policies and SLAs.

Oversee daily office administration, inventory, procurement, vendor relations, and purchase requisitions/orders. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Safety, and Security on onboarding, records, financial administration, compliance, and employee engagement. Prepare monthly MIS reports and help maintain a safe, efficient, and positive workplace environment.
