Drives Workday Recruiting implementation and process standardization across eight MENAT countries. Gathers regional requirements, translates hiring practices into scalable Workday business processes, coordinates with HR and technical teams, manages talent platform integrations, ensures data integrity, and documents compliant workflows, specifications, and system triggers.

Leads enterprise change management for digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include applying Prosci/ADKAR frameworks, conducting impact and readiness assessments, developing communications, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, tracking adoption metrics, analyzing root causes, and mitigating implementation risks. The role requires corporate change management experience, stakeholder leadership, strong communication, enterprise platform familiarity, and preferably Prosci or CCMP certification.
