Leads multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the full lifecycle of large-scale oil and gas, refining, and petrochemical projects. Responsibilities include managing technical interfaces, client relationships, engineering reviews, procurement engineering, vendor deliverables, technical queries, constructability, site support, commissioning transitions, and project risks. The role requires extensive EPC/EPCM experience, coordination across international execution centers and project sites, and delivery of multi-million-dollar projects.

Supports development, maintenance, monitoring, and analysis of project schedules using Primavera P6. Collects and validates progress data, maintains WBS structures, tracks schedule performance, identifies risks and variances, prepares forecasts and recovery plans, and produces progress reports. Coordinates with multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities while supporting schedule risk assessments, delay analyses, and continuous improvement.

Coordinates engineering and vendor data collection for process plant EPC projects. Validates data for consistency, correctness, and completeness; imports and exports data using client templates; reviews comments and coordinates corrections; tracks issues; prepares clarification, progress, and error reports; and supports data management activities. The role also requires knowledge of process plant IT systems, databases, cloud services, cybersecurity, engineering drawings, tag conventions, and CFIHOS standards.

Leads technical HSE engineering for oil and gas and petrochemical EPC, FEED, proposal, estimation, and PMC projects. Manages engineers and designers delivering active, passive, and fire-and-gas protection designs, hazardous-area classification, escape routes, hydraulics, equipment layouts, and safety-study coordination. Reviews team progress, conducts client and vendor meetings, coordinates international engineering centers, supports training, and ensures compliance with API, EI, NFPA, HAZID, QRA, FERA, HAZOP, and SIL requirements.

Leads planning and scheduling for major oil and gas, petrochemical, and industrial projects. Develops and maintains project schedules, work breakdown structures, progress measurement systems, forecasts, and reports. Analyzes critical paths, risks, delays, and schedule impacts, supporting recovery plans and extension-of-time claims. Coordinates with engineering, procurement, construction, clients, joint-venture partners, and subcontractors while facilitating reviews and stakeholder communications. Provides leadership, mentoring, and consistent application of project controls standards.

Manage the procurement expediting group for international oil and gas and petrochemical facility projects. Coordinate equipment and material delivery by interpreting supplier contracts, project schedules, engineering, sub-ordering, fabrication, inspection requirements, and international trade terms. Lead, delegate, train junior staff, follow up proactively with suppliers, resolve complex issues, and ensure efficient, safe, ethical, and profitable execution.
