Manages billing and accounts payable operations, including purchase orders, invoice validation, payment tracking, vendor reconciliation, accruals, general ledger reconciliation, budgeting, audit records, financial close, ageing reports, GST compliance, and MSME payment requirements. Supports the Workplace Finance Lead and Reporting Manager while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Oversee workplace cafeteria, pantry, catering, vendor, and food service operations. Responsibilities include monitoring food quality, hygiene, safety, inventory, service standards, vendor performance, audits, and catering for meetings and events. The role also handles employee and client feedback, prepares operational reports, supports process improvements, and ensures compliance with workplace and health regulations.

Leads major real estate development and construction projects from planning through completion. Establishes project structures, manages teams, stakeholders, budgets, reporting, quality controls, risks, vendors, contracts, and client relationships. Supports proposals, revenue management, consultant coordination, and business development while ensuring legal, commercial, and delivery requirements are met.
