Leads major real estate projects from initiation through completion, establishing project structures, reporting procedures, quality controls, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Manages client relationships, revenue and payment cycles, vendors, contracts, risks, project reports, and consultant networks. Supports proposal development and business opportunities while ensuring projects meet client expectations, legal requirements, commercial objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.

Manage end-to-end staff transport operations at a client facility: schedule vehicles, log start times and kilometre readings, maintain 24/7 transport helpdesk, monitor incidents/speeding, liaise with vendor supervisors, prepare work orders and transport reports, and support continuous improvement programs.

Manages small and major real estate projects, coordinating project teams, consultants, vendors, clients, budgets, reporting, risk mitigation, contract administration, health and safety, and sustainability. The role requires maintaining client relationships, supporting project delivery, managing payment cycles, and ensuring projects meet objectives, deadlines, legal requirements, and commercial expectations.
