The role requires accurate, timely records, vendor and customer coordination, audit readiness, and achievement of strict finance KPIs.

Own the Zoho-based marketing automation and CRM funnel from lead capture through repeat purchase. Responsibilities include building forms, managing CRM pipelines and lead scoring, creating automated journeys, running email and WhatsApp campaigns, monitoring paid advertising, maintaining data governance, and producing funnel, attribution, ROI, and loyalty dashboards. The role also manages sales handoffs, surveys, NPS follow-up, and CRM data quality while collaborating with sales and content teams.
