Manage daily office operations, vendor and facilities coordination, front-desk duties, supplies and meeting-room scheduling, recordkeeping, and staff support to maintain a productive, safe workplace.

Support project procurement by sourcing and purchasing goods/services, managing supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery), executing contracts, coordinating with project engineering, maintaining purchasing systems and documentation, and assisting commercial and project managers with supplier negotiations and performance reviews.

Lead assigned mechanical engineering projects from kick-off through final delivery, supporting sales/quoting, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, quality assurance, stakeholder communication, and project documentation.
